Since new ownership the quality and order consistency has greatly improved. You actually get your sauce!
The only negative thing I have is that they seem to never have salads in the evening, and the ice cream machine is down frequently. The improvement in service definitely makes up for it. -

they don't substitute milk. if it was possible i'd give them 0 stars. mcdonald's iced coffee is better than most iced coffees around here and i'm disappointed that i'm not able to substitute my milk AND get hash browns with my breakfast.

The quality of this restaurant has gone drastically downhill in recent years. It has always scored a bit low on speed and service, however in the past 1-2 years that has become even worse.
Drive-thru Speed
Since the addition of the double lane drive-thru the speed of service has drastically decreased. This is made even worse by the fact that most employees don't seem to be able to keep up with the pace properly, as I've sat at one speaker waiting for my order to be taken while 3+ cars make their way through the other speaker before me. If you try the drive-thru be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes consistently, unless there's no one ahead of you where you might make it out in 5 minutes with a small order.
Drive-Thru Service
Service through the drive-thru varies greatly from day to day. Some of the employees are very friendly, while others are downright rude. As well, only a few of the employees seem to know how to keep things moving smoothly(parking orders when needed and having bags and drinks ready before you get to the window), and the rest cause a slow system to slow down even further. Overall drive thru service at this location is at best inconsistent.
Dine In Speed
Speed inside is varied greatly depending on who is working. That however is not the biggest issue in terms of speed, it's the layout. The lobby has two entrances, one on either side of the building. This means that people are entering from different sides, however there is nothing to show an actual line. This causes people to make it up themselves, and makes everything a mess. There needs to be a solid way to determine an actual lineup so that things would move more smoothly, which would help the customers and the employees. The speed inside is overall slow, but mostly due to disorganization.
Dine In Service
Service inside is a little bit more consistent than the drive-thru, however the staff are often as disorganized as the lineup in lobby. Often times the person on cash is elsewhere, delaying you placing your order. Other times instead of having someone dedicated to picking up orders the cashier is doing that as well, causing mixups and slowing service. So, while friendly, service inside is lacking as well.
Kitchen
Not much I can say about the kitchen itself, just the finished product it ships out. Unfortunately that's not usually very good either. Often times any changes to a burger are wrong. And when everything is made right and tastes good, the presentation is usually terrible(sloppy and crushed burgers, wrappers covered in sauce, etc)
Overall the restaurant rates low on every aspect, which is unfortunate as almost all the issues causing the most problems can be easily fixed:
-Retraining ALL drive thru staff to ensure EVERYONE can keep the pace and keep things moving
-Having a physical queue put in place to organize lobby and make things move smoother
-Cracking down on counter staff to keep everything more organized
-More quality checks of what is coming out of the kitchen
